Copyright Transfer Agreement
All authors including the corresponding author must sign a copyright transfer agreement by virtue of which they transfer all the copyrights of the paper to IJOMCR including illustrations, charts, graphs, and tables.
As soon as the paper is accepted for publication all copyright ownership will stand transferred to IJOMCR. The authors must sign an undertaking stating that the paper submitted to the journal is original research work undertaken by them and in no way plagiarised. They also have to give an undertaking that this paper is neither published in any journal as a whole or part thereof neither it is under consideration by any journal. The author must declare that the submitted work is also not part of another research project i.e salami publication and that the research work is new and guanine.
The authors also must disclose any financial or any other relationship with any company or organization which may have the potential to cause a conflict of interest. All sources of financial or material support must also be disclosed by the authors.

Authors who send their research work for consideration have to agree to follow the terms
- The journal publishes the work under a creative commons CC-BY-NC license which allows use as well as distribution and reproduction in any medium when the original work is appropriately cited and its authors are duly acknowledged. However commercial use of published content will not be allowed. Whenever used the journal should be acknowledged as the publisher of work.
- Authors are allowed unconditionally to distribute the published work in any form provided that they acknowledge its publication in the journal.
- The authors are allowed to post their work in various scholarly forums after publication so that the published work may get a greater audience however they should not post paper when it is not yet published.
- Authors are not allowed to use their published work for commercial purposes
